Naked hill

The appearance of the hill changed since past few years due to massive housing development in Meru, Klang. However, I believe this kind of eyesore scenery will not last as it will disappear in next few years, for the same reason.

Santa claus?

Pockets are filled.....getting ready to enter the OT.
This is normal appearance of staffs, especially doctors, wearing their OT attire...why? This is due to insufficient number of lockers provided to doctors... I am one of them, although have been working there since 2001.

Look at the buttons of this lift. This photo was taken few months ago. The appearance of this condition spotted a year ago...and still look very much the same today.

Modern and practical ways to clock-in and out

Electronic thumb print recognition system has been installed at my hospital since past few months for the purpose of clock-in and out for the staffs. However, at the moment, all the staffs still have to use the punch-card system too.

Lion dance at the opening of an electrical store

Ad and I were at a store during its grand opening last weekend. We bought a branded steam iron with just RM 39 (actual price at Jusco is RM 79)

Computerized prescription reduces error

This is one of a very good example where dispensing will not be a problem even is done by other than a qualified pharmacist in GP setting. The doctor in-charge will need to typed in the drug, doses, and quantity needed, and printed on the receipt. All the drug prescribed are labelled, either by the manufacturer or by the GP doctor himself (pre-packed)and he will take some time to explain regarding the drug prescribed whenever necessary.

Disabled but independent

These two gentlemen are handicaps. However, there is no excused to just sit down and wait for aid. Both of them were spotted at Klang Utama, with the one who has lost his left foot pushing the second person who is paraplegia on a trolly and singing songs in mandarin...

Proper and organized

This place is one of famous site in Eng Ann, Klang, used to be the location where many hawker stalls were placed along roadside without proper shelter, just like many other places. However, recently the local authority constructed a proper shelter for them. Ad and I had our lunch here last weekend, where we had our favourite asam laksa...with kelapa muda and chi kang.
