A pathway of a factory?

This is actually a pathway in a public hospital. However, as you can see, there are many huge pipes placed at it's ceiling.

Smaller tyres used?

I am not very sure but seem this bus is using tyres which is smaller than the actual one. I can see a motorcycle placed on the opposite side via the space between the body of the bus and the wheel.

Made in Muar

You probable can only see such tall Tv ariel in Muar town. The residents here are the big fan of singapore's TV channels.

I spotted this while driving along the road towards Carrefour in Klang.

I have just prepared the drug for my patient, who was on table for a craniotomy. I mixed both bottles of same drug with same concentration with the same amount of water for injection. But the colour of the diluted drug look different.
