Fish for vegetarian

I got to taste this new species of fish. It was served at my grandmother house during 2nd day of CNY. But the taste is really far from a real one.

Same but Different

I have just prepared the drug for my patient, who was on table for a craniotomy. I mixed both bottles of same drug with same concentration with the same amount of water for injection. But the colour of the diluted drug look different.

Eagle Spotted

An eagle was spotted flying around the compound of my hospital yesterday. I took the picture from my hostel, located at 8th floor. It will appear clearer if i have a 10x optical zoom camera....(mine is only 3x)

Automated Parking Lots

I was with my wife, my brothers and sister, went for shopping at Sunway Pyramid during recent CNY. When i was driving into the parking area, i was surprised to see LED screen indicating availability of parking lots at every rows. There are also indicator at each parking lots which turned from grren to red when the space are occupied. This make easier for customer to find a parking space. However there is no indicator to show if someone just entered his car but not moving the vehicle yet...as most indicators are in red..

My Lucky Day

Today is my lucky day. I was post-call with sleepless night yesterday.

So many referral until all my ICU beds are occupied, and no ventilator available if any of my patients going to collapse.

After my morning ward round and clinic, I when to TNB office during lunch hour, which is situated just behind my hospital. I was very unhappy with the "Q" as there are another 97 customers ahead of me, waiting to pay their bills. Last time i paid my electrical bill was 2 months ago, and it took me an hour at the same office. To my surprise, an unknown lady, walked towards me and passed me the "Q" ticket, numbered 1525, different of 36!!!. I just spent about half an hour to wait for my turn. I have never experienced such thing before. After i pay my bill, i passed my ticket to an old lady, walking with a stick, holding a ticket numbered 1615. She asked me " You do not need this?" I just smiled and left the office.....
